Reservations require the first nights room & tax charge to be prepaid by Master Card, Visa or American Express.

     Cancellations made prior to 14 days before your arrival will incur a twenty-five dollar processing fee.  Cancellations made 14 days or less before your arrival will be charged the first nights room and tax.
